Ironic how prioritizing yourself eventually leads to higher outputs than previous prioritization on outputs alone. Great stuff as always Alexandra

I am totally with you, my friend. By slowing down and prioritising what matters to us, our values and ethics, we can approach our lives with clarity and energy. It puts everything into a deeper, more connected way. Thanks so much for being here and for your thoughtful words 💛 🤜 🤛

Great article! The real challenge for me is keeping mindful habits going when life gets stressful. It's easy to stick to routines when everything's easy, but mindful practices are usually the first to go overboard during stressful times. Maintaining these habits really requires conscious effort and presence.

Still working on it.

Thank you so much for reading and sharing your thoughts, Florian!

I resonate with what you said about the need for conscious effort and presence. It's very much a work in progress. What has been helping me is adopting a minimalist approach and prioritising the tasks that matter most to me on a daily or weekly basis, while keeping the bigger picture in mind. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I bring to my "map" and check it. I manage feelings of overwhelm with in activities that make me feel whole.

Appreciate your approach to evaluate how grounded one is by connecting time, purpose, health, and joy to their wealth. A good Sunday afternoon "exercise" for me today. Thank you for sharing!
